MARILYN LARSON
Director, FG Solutions

Ms. Larson is a results oriented individual with over 30+ years of credit card experience with consumer, small
business and corporate cards.  Ms. Larson also has extensive experience in the merchant acquiring business.  
Her background covers a  range of experience including; strategic planning, new product and business
development, marketing communications, business partner oversight,  systems development, process
improvement and project management.

Prior to joining FG, Ms. Larson was Vice President of Marketing Communications of CPP North America, LLC
where she was responsible for all forms of customer communications including inbound and outbound telesales
and customer fulfillment.  Other accomplishments while at CPP included responsibility for the successful
separation of the Enhancement Services division from Metris Companies after the 2004 divestiture, and the
subsequent coordination of all integration activities with the new parent company CPP Group LLC.

From 1997 to 2003 Ms. Larson was promoted to several positions within Metris Companies including Vice
President of Operations, and New Client Implementations.  In her roles, Marilyn was responsible for developing
and implementing new products and services within client operations.

From 1986 to 1997 Ms. Larson held a number of positions with First Bank System, now known as US Bank Corp.  
While at the bank her experience included Risk Management, Merchant Bankcard Acquisition, Business and
Corporate Card, Technology Integration, and Purchasing and Government Card products.

From 1985 to 1986 Ms. Larson  was employed with Republic Airlines where she assisted in the development of
the National Sales program and was responsible for staff management and ongoing daily support for the program
and it’s clients.

Ms. Larson began her career in 1973 with Associates Corporation North America (Shoppers Charge, both a
private label and MasterCard program) where over a period of 12 years she developed her strong understanding
of the credit card industry and established a strong foundation of skills to support process and project
management and staff management functions.
