JOHN MCGEARY

With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mr. McGeary is an industry expert in the
development and implementation of information technology solutions across the spectrum of the lending
business from prospecting to application processing.
Mr. McGeary has provided state of the art solutions for marketing, credit risk management, and credit operations
during his career. He has been responsible for team development to manage the production and processes of
credit card marketing programs. This includes the management of corporate relationships with all three major
credit bureaus for data extraction, portfolio reviews and retro analysis. Database management, list processing,
marketing analysis, reporting and audit procedures were included in his responsibilities designed to meet
corporate goals of account growth, reduction of loss rates, continuous evaluation of marketing strategies, and
control/reduction of expenses. Additionally, Mr. McGeary has demonstrated expertise in database management,
reporting and statistical analysis.
The last several years Mr. McGeary expanded his industry experience further holding a position managing global
partnerships for an influential player in the financial services industry. The partnerships included the largest
financial processing companies in the world. Mr. McGeary managed them externally from a relationship standpoint
with both the partners and their mutual clients. He also managed the partnerships internally having responsibility
for the P&L across multiple product lines.
Mr. McGeary has split his career working from the perspective of the client in need of solutions and the vendor
required to create solutions. This background combined with his many years of experience managing
relationships with credit bureaus, processing vendors, and many of the largest banking institutions in the world
give Mr. McGeary a unique ability to provide best practice solutions for a time sensitive industry.
Mr. McGeary holds a BS in Mathematics from St. John’s University 1990, and an MBA in Information Systems from
the University of Notre Dame 1992.
