CHRISTOPHER J. HASKETT

Mr. Haskett is an Executive Advisor with FG Solutions. Prior to joining FG, Mr. Haskett was a Vice President with
Lazard’s Middle Market investment bank, where he advised clients on a variety of M&A and capital raise
transactions. While at Lazard, Mr. Haskett focused on clients in the industrial products, manufacturing, and
business services industries.

From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Haskett was a banker in U.S. Bancorp’s structured finance division, providing senior credit,
subordinated debt, and equity to dozens of middle market clients.

From 1994 to 1997 Mr. Haskett was an equity research analyst in Dain Bosworth’s Healthcare group. While at
Dain Bosworth, Mr. Haskett provided research coverage on a universe of medical device companies and helped
raise over $200 million in equity capital for various small healthcare companies through public stock offerings.
Throughout his career, Mr. Haskett has also been a principal investor for a family-run private equity firm,
overseeing all aspects of operations and investments for portfolio companies and has been a strategic consultant
for various businesses and organizations.

Mr. Haskett holds Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 63 (Securities Sales Agent) licenses
from the National Association of Securities Dealers. Mr. Haskett has a B.S. in Finance from the University of
Minnesota Carlson School of Management (1994) and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University (2000). Mr.
Haskett also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1997.
