KYLE W. DUKE II
Associate, FG Advisors
Mr. Duke is an Associate with FG Companies where he executes investment banking transactions for clients
across the Specialty and Consumer Finance Industries.
Prior to joining FG, Mr. Duke worked in the M&A Investment Banking group of J.P. Morgan Chase. While at J.P.
Morgan, Mr. Duke helped to advise companies across all industries on divestitures, mergers, acquisitions,
corporate defense and takeovers, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. Prior to joining the investment banking
team at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Duke practiced in the M&A and Corporate Transactions group of the Law firm Jenkens
and Gilchrist.
Mr. Duke earned a J.D. (specialization in M&A and Tax law) and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston. Mr. Duke
graduated with Honors from Texas Tech University where he received his B.B.A. in Accounting. He also holds
Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative) and Series 63
(Securities Sales Agent) licenses from FINRA.
